Galerie Woewwesch
In the middle of a small village in the Eifel, surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle, you’ll find an old stone farm. The stable of the farm has been transformed into a two-floor art gallery. A gallery used as a platform for undiscovered aesthetics, for unknown photographers and sculptors, writers and musicians - a cultural meeting place to enjoy in peace.
About us
Johan and Johanna have been renovating the farm for 10 years. The house "Woewwesch" has this name since centuries and therefore the gallery will keep this name. The name comes from the word "weaver", probably the profession of a former resident.
It is our dream that there is life and culture in these old walls, that is experienced together with people in this great and green environment. People can enjoy their walks and bike rides, but also art and history.

Our Mission
Exhibitions of photographs and sculptures with different subjects, lectures and small concerts. Galerie Woewwesch is a cultural gettaway open for everyone to enjoy.
Experience culture in peace, in a cozy farm and former stable building, surrounded by nature in the Eifel on the Ahr valley between Blankenheim and the Nürburgring.
It is not priceless art that is offered in the gallery but well worth seeing. And not only the art connoisseur is welcome. Galerie Woewwesch is a cultural gettaway open for everyone.
